Guatemala’s most violent volcanic eruption in 100 years
The volcanic eruption of de Fuego is absolutely terrible. Our hearts and prayers, along with the rest of the world’s, go out to all those affected by the disaster.
BUT. . . that just isn’t what they need right now.
Our goodwill needs to come in the form of financial aid. We need to help provide resources and continued rescue support to those who lost everything.
At this point, we should be answering prayers, not offering them. That is what the 1.7 million people affected by de Fuego need from us.
So what’s it going to be:

Many of you know our work with Watchmen on the Walls Ministries in Chiquimula, Guatemala. Our hearts are very tied to this place. There are so many organizations springing into action to help with relief work. We have decided to partner Hope For Home Ministries, whose founder, Daryl Fulp is currently in the weeds providing aid to those affected by the eruption. Let’s help him get to as many people as possible.
